[framework] Differences from 2.6

Hi,

Noticed some differences over from 2.x, and wanted to check:
1. The environment variables seem to be not yet implemented fully, or
implemented differently?
2. InlineEgg support?
3. Impurity ELF injection functionality?

Strangely, the auto-complete does not seem to be functioning from the base
prompt of msfconsole. Possibly something wrong at my end (Linux 2.4.20 with
Ruby 1.8.4)...
