[framework] WFTPD Server 2.23 SIZE Command Buffer Overflow

Thanks for the module! I have been behind on updates lately (due to work 
and holidays), and this is actually the second one we received for this 
vulnerability. With any luck, we can get a round of updates out this 
weekend.
