[framework] shoutcast exploits never succesfull?..

hey im just wondering if anyone has acutally successfully exploited a shoutcast server. with framkework 2.6.. 
cause for me it never seems to work, ive searched the web found many 1.9.2/win32 servers there up i check it with C shoutcast exploit says its vulenerable 
i nmaped to find the correct OS then use that for the correct TARGET 
it says it sends the exploit but never sucesffully exploits it with the payload. ive tried different payloads and sometimes it just crashes the server. just wondering if anyone else has hade better luck with this exploit.
