[framework] Regarding the 'Defanged mode' problem

Hey All,
I met a problem when I was testing a vulnerability with metasploit
If anyone met the same problem before ,know how to solve ,and do not mind
wasting your time to give me a hand , I will  really appreciate your help.

When I finished filling in all option of the metasploit and launch button.
It show:
"This server has been started in 'Defanged' mode. Check and Exploit options
are not available..."

I went through of the document ,but did not find something relate to the
problem.

Dose anyone know this?
