[framework] XMPlayer PLS Buffer Overflow Module

i saw that good ol MC made the ASX version of this when I was already
working on the PLS version of the exploit for meta.  Either way, here
is the PLS version of the Metasploit with some added Locales.

Thanks to Jerome Athias for the additional locales and MC for the
original exploit which helped me with development of this one.
