[framework] broken encoder

The msfencode tool requires the encoder name to specified with the -e 
parameter. Passing the encoder name on the command line results in the 
default encoder being used and the argumented treated as an option name 
with no value. I committed a fix to msfencode that will throw an error 
when the -n argument is passed and no encoder has been specified. The 
syntax you are looking for is:

$ msfencode -n -e x86/unicode_mixed
