FYI 
VML exploit also works against a fully patched Win2003 SP1 OS, I just
tested it a few minutes ago with the SetSlice().

i didn't install the update... and DEP is activated but only software
DEP... and editing for registry...
 
and at the time of testing the firewall was disabled and the local
language is english with arabic support
