[framework] Metasploit Noob - Can't figure this out WAS: [framework] VML exploit - seperate issue maybe?

Sounds like you have a local firewall or some other security application 
that prevents the Framework from opening a listening port. Can you verify 
that all A/V software is disabled and any firewalls are off?
