[framework] problem with EncoderDontFallThrough

hey mate. which version are you running? if you're running the beta of 3,
ive had numerous of these errors too, including several payloads that won't
even load (gah lol). try falling back to 2.3 or whichever the last was, it
seems to be pretty solid
