[framework] Does exploit windows/smtp/ms06_019_exchange uses any payload?????

Does exploit windows/smtp/ms06_019_exchange uses any payload????? 
because what I see from msfconsole is, it is asking for a payload and 
no where in the exploit it is using the payload.
