[framework] MSF web interface looks broken

updated via svn and saw quite a few UI changes to MSF web. However,
when I try to open msfweb (in Konqueror and Firefox), its UI has
changed quite a bit and changing the skins doesn't seem to make much
of a difference.

is it intentional?

Attached is a screen shot of how it looks now on FF2.
