Hi,

How-to for windows user :

1 - Install the One-Click Installer ruby for Windows:
http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=167

2 - Install the ruby-gtk2 for windows
ruby-gnome2-0.16.0-1-i386-mswin32.exe
Check "Register Environment variables" component

3 - Update your framework (by the Online Update menu)

4 - Execute cmd.exe and launch :
ruby C:\Program Files\Metasploit\Framework3\framework\msfgui


For Mac OS X, install the last ruby package and ruby-gtk2 (fink,  
port, manual), check out the framework and run msfgui under X  
environment.

For Linux, depending your distribution, you must run a gtk+-2.10  
release and :
- ruby-gnome2
or
- ruby-gtk2
- ruby-glade
