[framework] Creating a debian package for metasploit.

Hey,
 I was wondering if it would be a good idea for me create .deb package
and try to get it upstream in debian/ubuntu, this should get more
people interested in Metasploit project.
I understand that metasploit framework is under a different license.So
would it actually allow me to package the framework for debian/ubuntu?
