[framework] Creating a debian package for metasploit.

I agree that creating a .deb package would be a wonderful idea, and even
better if it's placed in the repositories.  We can ensure a clean and fresh
install every time and ensure the right dependencies are being installed
along side it.

I'm sure H.D will be letting you know his feelings shortly.
