[framework] Metasploit Console on Windows

There is a ton of work left to do, but the end result will be a non-msfweb 
version of the Metasploit Framework for the Windows platform. I would 
like to integrate this console into the Fabrice's MSFGUI interface, but 
my gtk2 foo is still weak.

With any luck we can release version 3.1 with the new GUI before February.
