[framework] Metasploit Console on Windows

Great work!
I know that it's quite a pain in the ass to deal with Windows..., but i 
think that it'll largely contribute to have more users of this wonderful 
tool that the Metasploit Framwork is.

So, again, thank you Mister Moore and the MSF team!
