[framework] Meterpreter compiling

Anyone got the meterpreter compiling under mingw and CodeBlocks?  I'm
working out dependencies now to get it to hopefully compile (though
I'm getting undefied references to _select even though I've included
w2_32).  If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to them until I get
it working under CodeBlocks.  I don't have access to MS VC6, so I'm
stuck using what open source software I can.  I'm hoping to make some
value added additons to the meterpreter.
