[framework] Metasploit on Windows

I think its a good idea, as you state Cygwin has had its major ups and
downs, If more time can be spent on the core of the project and less time
fixing other compatibility/stability installer issues the better.

I would be lost without metasploit, Thanks Mr Moore and the community.
