[framework] Metasploit on Windows

look at the brighter side if we stop supporting framawork Windows, it will
be a kind of enforcement for the user to learn *nix because of the
popularity of the Metasploit and we can increase the userbase for Linux too.
Also we can restrict windows scriptkiddies. ;)
