[framework] Unable to download framework-3.0-beta-3-svn.tar.gz

Hello,

When I try to download 
http://metasploit.com/projects/Framework/msf3/download.html?framework-3.0-beta-3-svn.tar.gz
after accepting the licence I get a 0 Byte file !
I tried with elinks, firefox and even Internet Explorer.

When I tried with http://framework.metasploit.com/msf/download/?id=framework-3.0.tar.gz
it works fine.

Do you know how I can get the file that I need ?
