[framework] How to update?

[SOMAT]

i found it on securityfocus and it meant to be for metasploit. the thing is i can't get it work, tried to copy the file to exploits folder and it generates that error"unable to load" then because you know i'm so smart with i figured there must be something in the bin directory or the tools that run this .rb file and generate the files for you to use and get it work with Metasploit.
