[framework] Error while Running McAfee Subscription Manager Stack Overflow

I committed a change for this to trunk.  The rand_char method was
missing from the Msf::Exploit base class.  Also, it appears that the
payload you were originally trying to use just happens to be of a size
that is incompatible with the avoid_utf8_tolower encoder.  That's why
you were getting the message about a bad character being found.
