[framework] ruby-lorcon feature request

Though its not wrapped up inside msf, (or even really documented) the
latest lorcon
svn checkout includes an API to aid in crafting packets called
lorcon-forge.  Dragorn was writing it with the goal of making it easy
to wrap in ruby. You might want to check it out.
