[framework] Metasploit 3.0 for Windows Test Installer

Í have now tried two things

I have added Metasploit Framework 3 to Windows Firewall Exceptions
I have disconnected the windows firewall (no reboot)

In both cases the Metasploit web pages is loaded but freezes up
