[framework] The Metasploit 3.0 Release Schedule

The 3.0 release branch will be cut this evening (next ~4 hours) and the 
installers will be made available shortly afterwards. We will be waiting 
until Tuesday morning to officially announce the release, since we are 
doing a coordinated announcement with SecurityFocus and I still need to 
finish writing the release notes.

If you plan on blogging or announcing the release anywhere, please keep it 
low-key until Tuesday morning. This will ensure that the servers are 
ready for the traffic and all the documentation is finished. Thanks!
