[framework] MSF Launcher: WIN32 XAML menu

Hi gentlemen,

i was playing with XAML and done a little tool to have a nice menu for 
my favorite sec-tool: the MSF ;-p
it is not very useful but is amazing for a demonstration
it requires the .NET Framework v3 (allready present on Vista) (and btw 
is quite slow due to this framework smelling...)

you can customize it by editing the included .INI file

I let you try it and invite you to send me your videos (off-list) of it 
running with your favorite pictures...
