[framework] Subversion error.

There are two ways to solve this:

1) Upgrade your copy of Subversion (1.4.2)
2) Checkout a fresh copy from the tree:

# development
$ svn co http://metasploit.com/svn/framework3/trunk/

# stable
$ svn co http://metasploit.com/svn/framework3/tags/framework-3.0/
