You are using svn update for the stable release.

http://metasploit.com/svn/framework3/trunk/modules/exploits/windows/smb

You should remove the current framework directory, and change it (check out)
to the trunk.

svn co http://metasploit.com/svn/framework3/trunk/

Then restart and enjoy.
