[framework] Spam: Opening a comport using PHP

Hi guys,
I'm really sorry for posting another off-topic msg here, but I really
try to find out some information about that and wasn't successful. I'm
trying to send commands to an SMS terminal connected to my server via
com1. Now the problem is I really don't know how to open a com port
using PHP and didn't find any tutorials. Does anyone know how to do that
and also how to send ascii characters? Thanks for help!
