[framework] Metasploit on Windows (TEST2)

For anyone who installed TEST2 -- use the Online Update feature and check 
out the new Console option in the Window menu inside the GUI (^O). Two 
more bugs left to fix before I start wrapping up the 3.1 release:

 - Remove empty directories in search results in the GUI
 - Fix the GUI freeze that occurs when you close a session
