Changes:
 - Major improvements and bug fixes to the new GUI
 - Updated support for raw WiFi injection on Win32 (using AirPcap cards)
 - Updated the output of a few auxiliary scanner modules
 - Changed how/where module exceptions were reported
 - Tons of little bug fixes

I would like this to be the first and last beta release for 3.1 -- if 
something looks broken, please let me know. Any help testing modules and 
prodding at the new GUI would be appreciated. Thanks!
