[framework] Exploit development using Metasploit

The File->Refresh item in the GUI should cause the module to be reloaded. 
Most exploit development is done via the msfconsole interface (or the 
Console screen of the GUI), in which can you can just run "rexploit" 
instead of "exploit" to reload and launch the module.
