[framework] Exploit windows/smb/msdns_zonename bug

Hi,
    I see a bug in this exploit which was resolved earlier but the fix 
was not really happened.

    The actual bug was whenever a target other than Automatic was 
selected it was throwing error that
            '[*] There is no available target for this OS locale'
   
    Please do the needful.
